Lucie, the Shiba Inu marketing lead shared the new update about the game, citing a closed beta launch. With the Shiba Eternity Web3 version, the protocol aims to redefine the collectible card game genre on the Layer-2 scaling solution Shibarium.
The integration of Shiba Eternity with Shibarium promised to introduce a new dimension to the game, offering players true ownership of in-game assets, a player-driven economy, and a form of governance that empowered the community. To gain access to the game, players are required to stake LEASH token. This process is necessary for these users to gain exclusive access to the game and become aligned with ShibArmy elite. As pointed out, users holding at least one Shiboshi, Sheboshi, or Shiba Eternity Lore NFT will gain priority access to the game once released.
As one of the top meme coins to buy in 2024, Shiba Inu is exploring numerous use cases. Shibarium, it’s layer 2 scaling solution is under intense development. Shytoshi Kusama, the lead developer is always teasing that the protocol will welcome many product launches soon.
Though Shiba Eternity game is billed for open beta, ultimately, it might mark the de-facto game standard for the ecosystem.
